Mix together:
1 cup margarine or butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 to 2 tsp vanilla
Sift together and add to above mix:
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups quick oats
2 cups Rice Krispies
1 pkg chocolate chips (optional)
1 cup coconut (optional)
1 cup nuts (optional)
Spoon out on cookie sheet. Bake @ 350 for 10 to 15 minutes until golden.
I should have mixed it better this is what my last 2 cookies looked like...
